ECO Boat experience

First.
The lessor is the charterer/owner of the vessel subject to this rental: Medvolt M7 2022, 7.30 meters in length, electric motor 10 kW and 20 kW of batteries, registration 6º, named TIRATIRA, with a maximum capacity of SEVEN plus ONE authorized persons on board.

Second.
The LESSOR will provide a professional skipper, who possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and certification for navigation. The rented vessel may be operated exclusively by the designated skipper, who is the only person authorized to do so.

Third.
The vessel and its crew are insured by an insurance company that covers any accidents occurring on board. The LESSOR will not be responsible for injuries, personal or material damages resulting from accidents related to diving, swimming, or any other activity not expressly contracted by the LESSEE with the LESSOR, within the optional activities offered.

Fourth.
The agreed price and services are those stated in the contract. The price includes civil liability insurance and passenger insurance, assorted non-alcoholic drinks, ice, paddle surf board, and snorkeling equipment.

Not included: meals, alcoholic beverages, and any other item not explicitly specified.

Payment method: Electronic payment upon booking.

Fifth.
The LESSEE agrees to follow the maritime safety and marine environment protection guidelines indicated by the skipper.

Sixth.
Smoking, throwing any object or waste into the sea, cooking, and transporting animals are strictly prohibited on board.

Seventh.
In case of negligence, damage to the vessel, violation of the law, or breach of any clause of this contract, the LESSOR reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract. All amounts paid shall be retained by the LESSOR as compensation.

Eighth.
Minors must always be accompanied or supervised by an adult and are not the responsibility of the crew.

EMBARKATION AND DISEMBARKATION
The rental period for the vessel under this agreement will start on the date and time stated in the contract at Puerto Portals. The rental will end the same day at the time also stated in the contract, at Puerto Portals. Any extension or change in schedule must be agreed upon and approved by the LESSOR. The rental contract shall not be considered complete until the vessel has been returned to the company's personnel.

1. Booking and Deposit:
   When booking an activity through our app more than 7 days prior to the scheduled date, the user must pay a deposit of €99 to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the activity.

2. Cancellation more than 7 days in advance:
   If the user cancels the reservation at least 7 days before the scheduled activity date, the €99 deposit will be fully refunded.

3. Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours in advance:
   If the user cancels the reservation between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled activity, they will lose 50% of the total amount paid (full activity price).

4. Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance:
   If the user cancels the reservation less than 48 hours before the activity, no refund will be given.

5. Reservation Changes:
   Changes to the reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

In the event that the charter cannot take place due to poor weather conditions, the charter company will issue a voucher to the client, allowing them to enjoy the activity within the following 365 calendar days.
